How do I get information about my donors?

Keep in mind that the layouts for websites change all of the time, so these instructions may not be exact depending on when you use them. We’ll try to keep them updated though.

Within WePay, you can access donor information such as the name, email, address, and phone numbers of your donors.

1. Go to www.wepay.com

2. Click the Login link in the upper right hand corner

   

3. Enter the email address and password you used to create your WePay account and click the Log In button

   

4. Click on the name of the WePay account that you setup with Bellstrike

   

5. Click on the Account Transactions tab

   

6. Click on the Export to CSV icon so that you can download the donor information on a spreadsheet

   

7. You now can access all of the donor information from a spreadsheet
