How do I crop the photo that I’m using in the Photo theme?

We recommend that you use an online photo editor called Picnik



  1. Go to www.picnik.com

  2. Click on the Upload a Photo button

  3. Choose the photo you want to use from your computer and click Open

  4. Click on the Crop button

  5. Choose Golden Ratio from the drop down menu

  6. Hover your cursor over the croppable area and move to include the area of the photo that you would like to be displayed.

  7. Depending on the size of your photo, you may be able to expand the croppable area to include more of your photo. You can do this by grabbing the corner of the croppable area with your mouse and moving it.

  8. Once you’re finished, Click OK

  9. Click Save and Share

  10. Click Save

  11. Type in the name for your file, choose where on your computer you would like it to be saved, and click Save. The file will be saved to your computer in the location that you indicated.

  12. Once you upload your photo to the Photo theme, if the photo isn’t showing all of the area that you would like it to, repeat this process but choose a different area of your photo within the Golden Ratio chooser.
